Global IT manager responsible for DBA, Development and Security teams. Particular empathesis was placed on the consistency and performance of software environments. Worked closely with all areas of IT and business units to achieve results. Two major goals during this fiscal year were to implement from the ground up Oracle's EBS R12 ERP system and to promote a positive view of corporate IT by proactively taking projects and problems to resolution.

Tasked with establishing corporate database and web presence both internally and externally. Drive performance in the areas of customer service, contract renewal, internal company usage, and engineering analysis capabilities with a strong focus on customer service and technology integration.

Primary resource tasked with redesign and implementation of the business unit data acquisition system. Spearhead the web and database software architecture and technology integration roadmap.

Leader and member on a database interface project at an international paper company. The project successfully migrated data between two systems, providing a large cost savings to the client.
