CEO at Flemings Hotels, Boutique@Heart Driving value in Hospitality through quality guest experience ! Rob secured his first General Manager position for ACCOR in Jakarta at age 28. Subsequently, he held various positions, including VP Sales & Marketing – Asia; VP Global Sales and Business Development at the ACCOR HQ in Paris; and MD Accor Dorint SMARD GmbH in Germany. His last position at ACCOR was VP SOFITEL - Germany Central Europe and Eastern Countries. In 2008, Rob joined Worldhotels, an exclusive global group of, 500 independent upscale and luxury hotels. Hornman was CEO and Managing Director till mid-2014. In 2014 Rob founded IGNITION-HOSPITALITY, a Boutique agency providing hospitality advisory services In 2019 Rob joined the HRS Group. First as SVP Hotel Solutions later Chief Commercial officer and SVP Global Supplier Relations. HRS provides Lodging as a Service solutions through end-to-end hotel portfolio management to more than 3,000 corporations globally.
