My core responsibilities involve developing our client base primarily through cold calling and hunting for new business. Once I have established that there is a review of recruitment software I will then ask questions to gain a full understanding of the recruitment workflow of that specific business. I do this in order to understand their unique challenges and issues they are facing and to establish why they are looking at purchasing new software.
