Primarily produced web-based training materials. While some work was done for Microsoft and others, most work was for Boeing. Most of the Boeing work was done for the 787 program and SHEA.

Prepared information for printed/PDF, Compiled HTML help, and HTML output. Participated in preparation and release of support documents for one version of the product while preparing system help for the next version. Cleaned and formatted raw text output for Data Dictionary using HTML styles for import to Microsoft Word.
