As an Executive Recruiter for the Howroyd Group, I was able to work in an industry that I love. I worked in the action sports industry. I helped companies find C level employees, VP's, Marketing Directors, Designers, Brand managers, Developers and Graphic Designers. I had an amazing time meeting so many wonderful people in the industry. Although I have changed my area of focus, I will continue to participate in action sports and continue to support the industry.

After leaving Enterprise to be a part of the internet boom, I successfully helped launch two internet companies. I left the second company to pursue software sales. I started my software sales career selling Utility Billing Software with an SQL database. I have experience as an inside and outside salesperson selling Supply Chain Management software for ERP systems, Manufacturing Software, Automation Software for Oracle, and Desktop/Help Desk Management Software.
