Robert Garmaza

I develop the design and design concepts of the company's flagship internal products. I work with inner management systems and one external application. My responsibilities include consulting, assistance and supervision of the company's design department. On the technical side, I work with concepts, prototypes, strategies for testing them and analyzing products from the point of view of brand and design.

I worked as a lead designer in a product team. We have launched two successful products together with the design team. The first product is Robobill. Robobill allows companies to create and conduct promotions quickly and efficiently while customizing for brand, category and target audience by adding entertaining and educational content. The company's second flagship product is Lockstream. It is a video live stream broadcast product that enables businesses to take full advantage of this new paradigm.

I was responsible for the development of the Design department at AIS. Interacted with remote design teams, coordinated the development of the design strategy. I successfully came up with solutions for AIS Novations rebranding. Developed design positioning for the company's largest sales channel. For the purpose of providing design expertise I was involved in every stage of the sales lifecycle.

I was engaged in conducting design projects in various fields: Finance, Commerce, Logistics, etc. I had been creating design concepts, presented and negotiated them with clients. Had been coordinating work, administered and conducted quality control of employed and freelance designers of Francysk. I was involved in organization of the design processes in the company: from the project's brief to its release.
