AeroCollect's purpose is to optimize animal welfare, production quality and reduce the use of antibiotics by diagnosing pathogens via air sampling. The business foundation consists if the patented AeroCollect®-technology which can revolutionize veterinary diagnostics. With this technology, it is possible via a single air sample to monitor entire stocks of animals for diseases.

My team - Corporate Commercial and M&A - advised NKT’s business lines in relation to the supply of land and subsea power cables and manufacturing of photonic products and lasers (NKT Photonics). In addition, I advised on NKT’s strategic projects and commercial negotiations, including financial transactions, strategic procurement, litigation and dispute management, digital innovation, global real estate, key customer contracts and supply framework agreements.

I advised the team in relation to regulatory matters and contracts, including regulations relevant for energy and commodity trading, oil and gas sales agreements, concession and licence agreements, joint venture agreements, agreements for transportation of hydrocarbons, operational agreements with suppliers and customers. In addition, I supported other corporate functions in connection with contracts/M&A-related projects, including divestment and acquisition processes, corporate structuring, and disputes.

Advising foreign and domestic financial institutions and corporate entities on a broad range of aspects of banking and finance law, including acquisition financing, corporate financing, provision of security, project financing, structured products, and regulatory matters, including MiFID/MiFID II activities, securities trading, capital markets, alternative investments, company law and contract law, including drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, and on general German law aspects.
