In my role as the Product Owner of Detego's current generation of cloud-based software solution, I am responsible for guiding the development and deployment of innovative software tailored to meet the needs of our biggest client. This involves closely collaborating with a cross-functional team to ensure the product aligns with client requirements, market trends, and technological advancements.

As a CM, my primary focus is on nurturing a vibrant and positive workplace culture, emphasizing local human resources development and employee satisfaction. My role involves tailoring strategies to resonate with the local market, driving operational and financial success while ensuring compliance with local regulations. By fostering a supportive and engaging work environment, I play a crucial role in enhancing employee morale and productivity, which is fundamental to the company's overall growth.

Navigated the company through the challenging period following the loss of its parent company, successfully maintaining all services and support while seamlessly assuming responsibility for all existing contracts. Over a ten-month period, I steered the company towards a strategic acquisition by our preferred partner, a significant achievement that ensured the continuation of every job within the company.

As a Scrum Master for four years, I simultaneously led 3 to 5 cross-functional teams in London, Moscow, and Graz, instilling a passion for agile practices. My leadership harmonized methodologies across these diverse cultural settings, enhancing collaboration and innovation. This approach streamlined processes, elevated deliverables, and significantly boosted team dynamics and morale, showcasing the effectiveness of agile methods in a global, multi-regional context.
