Responsible for coordination of SAP Helpdesk activities of a team of 10 members; Develop and deliver the highest quality solution to our clients and performance of individuals; Set up a team which is completely dedicated to near shore and off-shore development; Perform in diverse culture Teams (Europe, Middle-Est, Asia, North Africa) with result orientation; Set up targets and KPI-s for team members; Implement company strategy by designing and develop new procedures, tasks and reports for my team.

Define, customize and implement SAP system into the company; Footprint, build and design, development, integration test, UAT, regression test, creation and maintaining of master data, trainings for key-users and end-users; Fit-gap analysis and flow design for Procurement module; Maintaining the permanent link with company's management and fulfill their requirements; Identify and develop new reports into SAP (standard or BI reports); Support after go live and consultancy until take over by country.

Management of suppliers portfolio and business relationship with EXEL Industries group companies; Analyze the possibility to enlarge and develop the portfolio of suppliers; Transfer of new production lines from France to Romania; Guarantee with raw materials, spare parts and packaging the production lines; Coordinate the transports and warehouse storage; Coordinate our subcontractors from Romania; Coordinate Procurement and Logistics team; Negotiate and sign new contracts with potential suppliers.

Responsible for negotiating and sign new contracts with suppliers; Follow up company subcontractors, prepare weekly audit and visits to subcontractors site; Issues Purchase Orders and RFQ-s; Follow up raw and packaging stocks; Take all necessary actions in case of components shortage; Responsible for ordered quantities, which must comply with company stock policy; Check the supplier prices, to be in concordance with agreed contracts; Issue the needed documents for raw materials receiving process.
