Manage and deploy customer collaboration processes for named customers. Run weekly collaboration process with customers and manage availability in customers’ warehouse. Actively participate to the account team work by providing facts and insights of planning process, supply status, channel inventories and availability. In January 2012 I was promoted to the position of LSP Manager and have been managing our Local Service Providers I.e. Schenker and TNT.

As a Logistics coordinator/specialist I was responsible for managing Logistics (delivery, transportation, production, Planning, Inventory Health, Unused supply, Claim handling, Order handling and overall customer satisfaction) related issues for various customers (Eurocom Israel, Cosmote and Wind in Greece, Orange Switzerland, and T-mobile Croatia and all Balkan country customers). In Logistics we are an extension of sales and we have deep customer interface, contact and collaboration.

My responsibility was to handle all administrative details which correspond with Booking a container and Shipping it to the Far East region of the world. We would receive the booking then confirm a corresponding vessel and a price for the customer. Then we would create the booking, write the Bill of Lading. Create invoices and Manifest all information into the Worldwide China Shipping system

I was responsible to set up operations in Dubai. I recruited new customers via sales meetings and presentation of our portfolio. I met with the local government and authorities to set up business in the Duty Free Zone. I located suppliers for our products, and established a place of business for daily operation.
