• Developed the strategy and customer experience plans for all of Motorola’s Intranet properties. Results included an over 368% web traffic increase by employees. • Defined the strategy and implementation plans for Motorola’s Corporate B2B online presence (EDI, Rosettanet, Supply Chain). • Consulted to Motorola / Freescale’s Marketing & Web Team on design, implementation and transformation of Motorola Semiconductor to the new Freescale company and brand.

Provided overall marketing strategy and direction for all of SGI’s web properties. This included www.sgi.com, SGI’s public site, along with SGI’s intranet and e-Commerce extranet sites (over 70,000 pages that receive over 40 million hits a month). Led large multidivisional cross functional teams (over 200 people at its peak).
• Led the start-up and deployment of IBM's Technology Group eCommerce and web development / production organization. Grew the organization from three people to a sixty-person global organization. • Led the cross-functional team that invented The IBM Edge, a secure eCommerce extranet that was responsible for $2.6B in sales in 1999. Started project as a 3 day 6 function prototype and moved to a 56 function working extranet in 45 days.
