I'm responsible to identify business intelligence needs and design and implement respective technical solutions for telecommunications industry. The main functions of my position include developing and maintaining of operational and strategic reports using standard Business Intelligence tools with Agile Business Intelligence methodology.

Designing and developing reporting system for public sector and manufactory industry.

Trained in the SAP BPC (Business Planning & Consolidation version 7.5 of NetWeaver) provided by the SAP Academy. Topic Covered: ASAP methodology, overview SAP ECC, DWH concepts, overview SAP BW and SAP BO, OLAP and OLTP concepts and data extraction/data flow, a deep analysis of BPC administration and features (creation of application sets, management of applications and dimensions, scripting, security and business process flow), BPC reporting (reporting with EV functions and Excel Workbooks, web reports).

Master's Degree with Final Qualification 110/110 (final exam cum laude). Final Exam: Covered the design and development of a business case related to Wi-Fi Service for Eni. Thesis was written during a six month internship at the Business Units Refining & Marketing and ICT of Eni.

Bachelor's Degree with Final Qualification 99/110, obtained on 01/10/2008. Final Exam: UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 Application on the Municipality of Pisa. Thesis was written during a six month internship at the Municipality of Pisa.
