Supporting the finance team with financial accounting tasks, process optimization and automation. • Account receivables reconciliation Led the analysis of our biggest clients account receivables with overdue invoices for more than a year, resulting in a constant cash inflow during the pandemic. • Management of accounts Analyzing our accounts and uploading missing debtors and vendor statements into our ERP system to ensure the availability of the most up to date data.

• First-year audit of a hotel Delivered an IFRS conform first year audit for a hotel on time for a loan request of a European bank. • Quality analysis Collected and coordinated data to perform reports based on statistical methods, with the end goal of giving advice on accounting procedures. • Auditing of financial statements Collected samples of various accounts on the financial statement and performed tests to verify the amounts.

• Support Business Operations Manager during month end reporting (e.g. preparatory bookkeeping, travel reimbursements etc.) • Provide general support to the Business Operations team, incl. HR, Finance and Office Management • Manage office supplies orders • Address employee queries regarding office management issues (e.g. hardware) • Organise team-events • Project-based assignments with full ownership
