My responsibilities concerned: to evaluate configurations of ERP Microsoft Ax in order to fine the best for the office work flow; to identify tools to optimize the design process; to represent the office manager in suppliers’ meetings aimed to build a partnership between them and the shipyard and propose improvement actions.
