This could include anything from 'What is the current GBP to USD conversion rate?' to 'When is the next train from Glasgow to London?' I was able to use a variety of sources such as the Internet, books and even ringing companies direct. Questions needed to be researched & answered within 3 mins so I had to use various Internet shortcuts as well as quick thinking!
