I have the responsibility like P.M. to lead the SAP project for the company.

IT Manager and Logistics/Purchasing Manager – Report to the IT Director in New York City Head of the IT dept at COACH Company and Logistics and Purchasing Manager, I coordinate 8 people and I work with my American colleagues to share common strategies and common goals. I spent 1 years in New York City c/o the HQ of the company to work with a team of people to implement a new worldwide system to manage the documentation of the company (DMS system).

Project Manager – Report to the Technical Manager I’m a project Manager and I lead several projects for our customers and I have the responsibility to manage our internal resources to guarantee the goals of the projects. I coordinate 30 people. Main goals: -Implementation and start up of the systems to manage the ASL ROMA H and ASL RIETI.

IT Manager and responsible for both the technical and operational activities. I coordinated 9 people, subdivided in 4 groups. The department is responsible for the coordination of all computer and telephone systems for 500 people spread over 3 buildings.

Analyst Programmer – Report to the IT Manager. Employed at Whitehead S.p.A. in Livorno. During this brief experience, I worked in the technical information sector putting together a software for the analysis and actualization of costs of military equipments.

Worked for SPICA S.p.A. in Livorno as an employee for the Technical side of the Information Systems, expanding my experience as a programmer and analyst. In these years I acquired experience in working with various information systems dedicated mainly for the development of problem solving software. This software was developed in Fortran 77 and in the domain of Digital VAX.
