In recent times, the role of service has become a critical differentiator between companies that are merely ordinary. Companies can create and maintain a competitive advantage and can keep loyal customers returning by consistently delivering a level of superior service. As a business process manager i define, measure, analyse, improve and control the processes of the departments of complaint management, customer privacy protection, forward logistics and return shipments and necessary 2nd level processes.

As person in charge for complaint management i prevented customers to escalate and reduced the damage which came from inappropriate processes and business rules. I had the function of an early warning system and a direct contact person for customers who got in trouble with Kabel Deutschland.

As a teamleader i had the opportunity to lead freshman into the world of sales, customer service, customer care and customre advisory service.
