As an external consultant, I'm helping TUI take the template O2C design into the parent company. I'm focussed on Central Europe, and work closely with my internal process owner colleagues (one for the UK & Ireland, another for Central Europe) to delivery a high-value, cost effective SAP design localised to meet business model & legal requirements. This is a fabulous blend of hands-on SAP work and management... traversing a complete range of service-based O2C processing through to finance.

Worked as an independent consultant to TUI via Keytree Limited. Led UK and German team to define the detailed O2C design as part of a template rollout, initial for UK & Ireland and subsequently for Central & Western Europe. Reviewed, suggested and negotiated changes to reduce blueprint complexity and thus reduce implementation cost & time. Managed changes through governance and liaised directly with stakeholders, influencing and advising on more effective ways to achieve their goals.
