Oversee all group financial reporting including statutory and monthly reporting, taxation, budgeting, internal controls and systems and human resources.

• Preparation and review on monthly management accounts and annual statutory accounts for both Australian and overseas entities. Supervision of 2 staff. • Review of various taxation returns. • Review and preparation of overseas compliance documents. • Cashflow forecasting. • Liaison with auditors, bankers and tax advisors. • Preparing annual budgets. • Liaison with personnel in overseas offices.

• The audit of listed and unlisted entities including but not limited to: • Burswood International Resort Casino • Co-operative Bulk Handling Ltd • Hancock Prospecting Pty Ltd (owned by Ms Gina Rinehart) • Westralian Sands Ltd • Red Rooster Foods (a subsidiary of then Coles Myer Ltd) • Elders Ltd Subsidiaries • Involvement in the annual recruiting process for graduates. • Involvement in training of staff in a formal setting. • Secondment to Singapore Office (2 months) and London Office (3 months).
