•Developed and implemented the business plan for new store operations, specially in the aspects regarding: recruitment, training, compensation, staff sizing, sales forecast and store assembly schedule •Developed, managed and promoted all training programs deployed by Multicoisas' Corporate University, supporting the goals outlined in our operational plan and coherent with our strategic planning •Negotiated with managers and franchisees activities to develop their sales team in order to maximize revenues.

• Developed strategies to improve organizational climate, going from 59,08% to 72,21% according to methodology from Great Place to Work survey • Created a complaint and suggestions channel to guide HR decisions based on inputs from employees • Created and updated job descriptions for more than 40 roles, supporting many strategic changes in Multicoisas’ organizational structure • Planned and launched a performance-based compensation policy for all retail store supervisors

• Implemented the OpenOLAT LMS, an e-learning platform for teaching, learning, assessment and communication • Designed a modular on-line training program for employees with different learning paths for each role and performance indicators • Launched and designed content for Multicoisas’ YouTube Channel with focus in DIY videos

• Performed job interviews for operational and mid-level positions • Assisted the HR office in different routines as payroll and benefits management, admission, lay-off and paid leave documentation • Supported the organization of Multicoisas Annual Franchisee Convention, being responsible for all technical matters and also for photo/video content
