I was part of a project that systematized game-based methodologies for entrepreneurship education. I carried out a literature review, wrote articles, developed a methodology and analysis of qualitative data, ran workshops, held conferences and provided all the support needed to develop the project as well as the necessary communication products. In the end, I edited and co-wrote a book with the contributions and conclusions. I also participated in a podcast to share the results to the academic community.

During this summer internship, I was able to develop in-house projects and produce and monitor content for social media. Additionally, I was able to structure a complete business plan - benchmarking, business design, customer journey, etc. - for the company’s new business.

As a call center attendant, I received phone calls to support banking services and products, always focusing on the customer.

During this period, I managed the bookings with a client-focus mindset.

With more than a decade’s experience in the communications industry, I started a business to provide services in the area. I took photography courses to add this skill to my professional portfolio. I have done work for various clients, such as independent authors, architectural firms, artists and even multinationals like the Alliance Française.

I joined the company as a graphic designer and was promoted to editorial producer. I was responsible for the new editorial and graphic project for all the company's teaching and learning materials. I was the team and project manager, making contacts with various stakeholders. I developed internal communication and marketing work, as well as some materials for social networks.

I was responsible for the layout and final artwork for the chemistry course, as well as being part of the workflow with the writing and proofreading teams.

I joined the company as a trainee and was hired as a graphic designer. I took part in various projects for different clients, such as SOMA, Kroton, Ática and Dimensão. I designed teaching and learning projects as well as book collections for the Brazilian National Textbook Program.
