• Leader of the team responsible to define/adopt Continuous Delivery practices for more than 30 development teams with several programming languages/technologies. • Mainly worked with customized tools and Git, Jenkins, Sonar, Artifactory, RPM Repository, Chef, VMWare/OpenStack. • Worked closely with Developers, System Engineers and QAs to build deployment pipelines, writing automated tests and fostering test-driven development, continuous integration/delivery, and refactoring.

• Designed/developed the external REST API for Walmart Marketplace Sellers, integrating more than 2 millions skus to Walmart e-commerce. • Designed/developed a high-scalable Order Management System. • Both systems were developed using Java and Ruby on Rails with Ngnix and Jetty/Unicorn, Spring, JMS, iBatis, MySQL, ActiveMQ, TestNG, Mockito and RSpec. • Conducted developer’s internal community (tech-talks). • Participated in new hires for the development teams, helping to select the brightest ones.

• Designed/developed web apps using Java/Ruby, based on REST APIs, Tomcat/Jetty with Spring Framework, Hibernate, JUnit, Mockito and Jbehave. Maven and Jenkins for build automation and continuous integration. • Team worked with Scrum and XP practices. Main projects: • Software for quota's email migration (about 20 million) and migration of contacts from email's user (about 80 million). • Development of a new search system (http://busca.ig.com.br/) for iG portal and its channels.

• Developed software applications for Retail Automation using Java EE (EJB 3.0, JPA/Hibernate, JSP/Struts), SQL Server 2005/2008 and Oracle 10g. Integration with other systems using webservices (Soap). • Technical leader of a system for issuing electronic invoices (NF-e) to customers from a big supermarket in Brazil (Grupo Pão de Açúcar - all brands). • Mentored the development team to write unit tests using Junit and EasyMock.

• Led a development team and improved the software development process (Scrum and some XP techniques). • Develop dozen of applications using Java (J2SE/JEE, JSP/JSF/Servlets, Spring Framework) and C/C++ programming language on Unix/Solaris. • Developed web applications for credit card, financial services and mission critical systems for authorization financial transaction (ISO-8583). Main project: • Technical leader of the project to implement MasterCard Credit Card protocol for 10 million customers.

• Developed dozen of applications for retail automation using Java and C/C++, PostgreSQL and Shell Scripts. • Developed drivers for printers, operator keyboard, pin-pad and barcode readers. • Developed tools to speed up the software development life cycle. Main projects: • Retail automation system for Carrefour and Auchan – Portugal • Retail automation system for FNAC – POS software and QuickWay Self-Checkout – Portugal
