 To support on logistics module of ERP packages like JD Edwards, Baan and Infor ERP LN.  Preparation of functional design documents for customizations.  To create test case documents for testing of customizations.  Liaising with technical teams for technical solution.  To take care of issues related to integration of ERP packages with third party software.  Data migration planning and delivery. Delivery planning and tracking.  Conduct weekly status meetings. Status tracking and reporting.

 Work as a first point of contact for Infor customers and partner for issues related to distribution module of Baan IV, Baan V & ERP LN (Infor ERP).  Research, troubleshoot, replicate and test the product problems.  Determine root cause and suggest corrective action to further enhance the customer experience and improve the INFOR product.  Coordinate, negotiate and set expectations on priorities & resolution deadlines.

 To work as a techno-functional ERP consultant (logistics module) for client Coca-Cola, India.  Business process study and mapping it in the ERP system.  To develop cutover plan to move data from legacy system to Mfg\Pro ERP.  To work closely with technical team for technical solutions.  To develop training programs, create training materials and provide training to end users.  To work towards successful implementation of Mfg\Pro ERP at client’s sites.
