Achievements: To improve the quality of accident description in the reporting, I created a system to auto-generate standardized accident reports based on a checklist with the most important information required. This helped the people manager to make reports quickly and standardize the process. The system was then locally shared among other Amazon sort centers. Successfully updated the Process Map Visualization (PMVs) for all the processes involving the use of transportation carts within Amazon sites.
