Working Cisco Prime Collaboration deployment, implementation and management of voice, video and collaboration infrastructure based on Cisco Communications Manager, Cisco Telepresence Server, Cisco Unity Connection , Jabber, Calabrio, Cisco IM and Presence Server, Cisco Media Sense Server,Imagicle,UCCX,UCCE etc. Responsible for the clear communication to key stakeholders at client sites.

Understand & implement the technical architecture and physical design of the solution. Pre-deployment assessment based on the solution and project manager instruction and highlighting any possible GAP.Comply best practice to deploy the solution.Create and execute test plans to meet project requirements for assigned components. Work closely with Team lead/project manager to create post deployment documents & SOWs after completing the project.

This role is for learning. Handling issues regarding IP phone connectivity, Feature support, and User Management, LDAP Synchronization and Authentication, and Voice Mail integration. Performed as a VOIP engineer assisted the Project Manager in design, implementation and troubleshooting of IP telephony setup includes CUCM 7.0,8.0, CUCME, CUC, CUE and Dial Plan. Setup and troubleshoot of Analogue voice gateways, digital voice gateway and IP phones.
