Implementation and configuration of SAP ERP system. MM/WM modules in a warehouse for a customer in Germany. Identified gaps, fulfilled the business needs (forms, specific developments, radiofrequency).

Challenge: to help the company increase the number of interns without consuming the management’s time and resources and to train employees in the job in question while also inducting them into the company culture. Tasks: recruiting interns (post ads online, read resumes and undertaking interviews), writing key training documents (tutorials, procedures to be followed) and to train new interns (answering any questions/queries, organizing training).

The position held was that of a seasonal associate in charge of inventory and returns management. The duties included taking receipt of goods upon delivery, managing inventory and stocking the products in the aisles, managing returns and warranty claims. Since I obtained good results in my sales position in 2010, they recruited me again in 2011: worked in inventory and the after sales service in the electronic gaming department (video games, CDs and DVDs)

Assisted and accompanied my supervisor in daily tasks: handled customer requests/queries, updated the customer database and monitored the progress of real estate transactions.

Challenge: “Okaz gaming’s” implemented buyback program was not delivered as expected. Mission: To promote the program in store, manage the buyback scheme and to push new sales of electronic equipment such as video games and consoles in a trainee capacity. During 4 week-ends in September, I was employed as video game animator: overseeing video game competitions and demonstrations as well as promoting the sale of new games on the market.

Responsible for a group of 34 younger students (16 years old) in the boarding school Lycée St Paul: Duties included supervising studies, monitoring the dormitories (night and day) and initiating activities in conjunction with my own studies.
