Manage the ERICSSON Account for all activities based in Longuenesse relative to Manufacturing or After Sales for public switches for standard telephony (System 501 and 202) .

Developed strategic business plan for RF and optical equipments dedicated to cable TV networks. Developed integrated product plan, led product development, establishing and managing product goals, sales forecasts, pricing and performances targets. Coordinated the development and the introduction of new products, achieved qualification of the products. Analysed market shares, the products’s positioning against competitors. Promoted and supported launch during exhibition especially in the USA.

Built all of the sales and marketing functions from scratch. Cultivated strong relationships with key customers that fostered repeat business.
