• Managed a small engineering group; • Prepared mining plans for 3 open pit mines of Central and Ingylets PJSCs and evaluated their productivity for the next 25-30 years • Created engineering recommendations for safety mining in the special conditions at the open pit №4 (PJSC "Central mining-and-processing plant") • Presented the research results to the company clients;

• Gathered statics on enterprise’s transportation processes, repair facility and storage • Accomplished simulation modelling of equipment (5 excavators, 30 haul trucks, 10 mining scrapers) and repairing facility simultaneous operation • Presented the results & ideas to the company management • Negotiated with customers about the possible solutions & improvements • Co-created the future development strategy based on the accomplished research data (which allowed to increase the total revenue per 9%)
