Founded Randstad Managed Services delivering the first MSP concepts in the Netherlands and continental Europe from the beginning of 2010 whereafter the concept was implemented across Europe and expanded with RPO services into an integrated Total Management Workforce services.

As director part of the overall management team and responsible for maintenance and development of all payroll solutions and related services in the Netherlands with a strong focus on development of a new Randstad Payroll system, HR services and outsourcing proposition.

I-bridge is the IT shared service center for all Randstad Group companies in the Netherlands like Randstad, Tempo-team, and Yacht. Next to the daily operations responsible for the functional design, build and implementation of a new front- and back-office system of Randstad Holding (called Mondriaan) in The Netherlands for > 6.000 end users.

After the integration of all Randstad professional companies in the Netherlands into one new company and brand responsible for the integration of all IT systems and work processes. After the harmonisation of the IT departments integrated all activities into Randstad's IT shared service center.

After the integration of Randstad Polytechniek into Yacht Technology operational responsible for the regions South and East Netherlands.

Started as a branch consultant and fulfilled several roles as unit- and branchemanager to regional manager / director within the Randstad Netherland organisation.
