Responsible by the technical project and implementation the Service Department and Technical Assistance for the field and laboratory (repair center). Elaborate testing procedures and tested the company’s products. Involved in logistics; quality assurance and as well all other Technical Assistance services. Gave and elaborate training courses and product presentations to both clients and national agents. In charge of technical supervision for trading shows like FISPAL, as well all others technical events.

Elaborate the technical project of the repair center and I was the person in charge of internal Technical Service and the Metrology areas, as well certification before the INMETRO. Implemented the certification system for Quality Guarantee in both areas and obtained the BVQI “Bureau Veritas Quality International”.
