Reporting to the Vice President for Global Production Strategy, I am responsible for the strategy, planning and execution of worldwide projects (Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific) with the scope up to 35 locations. I also support the European plants by developing Lean strategies and by facilitating Lean trainings for business transformations.
Reporting to the Director of Operations and the Continuous Improvement Manager, I was member of the Logistics Team for the Americas Region (USA, Mexico, Brazil and Argentina) as well as of the "Lean Michigan Council" for the Automotive sector in Detroit along with other firms.
