 Deposition and testing of metal layers on a noble metal electrode using electrochemical processes.  Mask design for the electrode.  Characterization of the nanofilm using profilometer and scanning electron microscope.

 Signal analysis using MATLAB and CANalyzer.  Program code for detection of outliers in the sensor signals.  Characterization of sensor signal and aging behavior of sensors.
