- Lead a multidisciplinary team of CAD, Software, Electrical and Chemistry Engineers through the conception, development, integration and 2nd-level support of advanced platforms and tools for laboratory and industrial automation to fulfil multiple customer orders and internal strategic developments.

- Temporary assignment to re-organize the department. Internally drove the team manpower increase by 50%, mentored new Automation Chemists and organized the re-equipment of the laboratory making it a modern technology showcase.

- Managed multiple customer projects in parallel, from order to successful implementation on-site. Duties included project plan elaboration, task definition and assignment, definition of priorities, monitoring of execution, driving communication with customers or distributors and participation in Factory and Site Acceptance Tests.

- Responsible for prototype testing, 2nd-level support, key-account support both remote and on-site, technical manual drafting and reviewing, technology transfer to Workflow Chemistry & Support department, internal trainings.

- Responsible for the execution of Demonstrations to customers, Chemistry Tests, system testing at factory, installation and validation at customer site, 1st-level support. Main workflows applied Sample preparation, Catalyst Synthesis and Screening, Polymerization, Formulation. Other duties include elaboration of Application Notes, account satisfaction monitoring and mentoring of new chemists.

- Testing of reactor for electrocatalytic reduction of Carbon Dioxide to Alkane and Alkene molecules.
