Based on Hella Headquarter Germany • Responsible for Body Actuators design and development activities globally which includes Great China, India, NAFTA and Germany. • Define Products Strategy, create Roadmap and roll out executive plan with Product Program global and Advanced Engineering with the outputs: e.g. 5 years planning, Fiscal Year planning, technology and process needs and so on. • Responsible for global D&D ratio and Product Recourses decision and balance.

• Responsible for Multi-locations Design Teams (Shanghai, Nanjing and Xiamen) in China. • Responsible for Products’ D&D Strategy and Competences ramp up, integrate China Design Team into Hella Global Design Network for both local business and global business. • Responsible for Advanced Engineering in China focus on market trend and scouting for all Electronics Products.

• Responsible for Program Management Components International, mainly for Sensors: Pedal Sensor and Position Sensors. • Leading Japanese customers’ (Nissan, Suzuki and Mazda) projects with support from Hella Germany to achieve Quality-Cost-Time (QCT) target. • Leading JV customers’ (SVW, FAW-VW, SGM, Dongfeng Peugeot-Citroën Automobile, Dongfeng Motor Compamy) projects with scope of Product fully localization in China (both loose parts and production line) as well as application projects.
