- Creates client invoices and credit memos in a timely and accurate manner - Communicates with sponsors, project analysts, accounts payable and collection personnel to resolve billing issues - Completes month-end related activities - Proactively monitors outstanding payment and collection issues - Tracks and monitors assigned time and material project information and budgets within the project accounting system - Interacts as needed with senior management and produce required management reports

- Working with accounting module of Oracle based program - Responsible for the monthly billing cycle of number of EMEA region based customers - Capture of adjustments, analytic reviews, and the interface of data to the financial system - Ensure that the required quality standards are met, by operating effective controls procedures - Achieve compliance with internal and external audit requirements - Investigate, resolve and respond to queries from customers

- Responsible for organizing the accounting procedures of an international client - General ledger accounting and monthly reporting of several sales offices located in European countries - Monthly closings and preparation of financial statements (IFRS and US GAAP) - Working with accounting module of SAP - Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable, processing expense reports, executing and allocating payments, working with Cash Pool system

- Monthly declarations according to Bulgarian law for Value Added Tax - Accounts payable, travel expenses and accounts receivable - Administration of Petty Cash and Bank transactions - Working with accounting program Business Navigator – accounting - Payroll calculation and submission of social security documents
