- Built a TCGA (The Cancer Genome Atlas) data preprocessing pipeline for biomedical data analysis : dowload FASTQ files, mapping , read alignment etc. This was done for endometrial cancer (UCEC) cases. - Prediction of success/failure of clinical trials. Statistics for clinical trial designing. - Statistical Analysis of drugs-adverse events data available from medical reports: disproportionate reporting, multi-drug association modelling, Bayesian logestic regression etc.

- Developed a novel bioinformatics software to predict disorder from protein sequences. - Deep learning to do supervised machine learning on biological/protein databases - Wet lab experience: NMR spectroscopy experiments for structural chemistry and biology applications. - Supervised research students/interns. Teaching assistant for a bachelors level course on Bio-NMR.

- Conducted experiments, signal processing and integrating theoretical and experimental data. - Developed a new method for multidimensional NMR spectroscopy for continuous reaction monitoring by employing fast data acquisition techniques (non-uniform sampling). - Scientific writing skills: won several research grants, presented at conferences, and published 6 peer-reviewed articles
