Working in tight collaboration with Siemens “Quantitative MRI” group, I processed magnetic resonance 3D brain images (MRI) of healthy controls and patients with multiple sclerosis using scripting languages (Matlab, Python). Then I performed statistical age-dependent between group analysis (R) allowing to detect pathology in earlier stages.

Developing mathematical models of mitosis in yeasts, I performed numerical integrations of systems of ordinary differential equations (ODE) representing protein concentrations in the course of sister-chromatid segregation (Python).

I developed scripts which query biological online databases and parse the XML output (Perl). The scripts were integrated into existing research pipelines.
