- Responsible for all crew matters for 9 Tankers. - Crewplanning for 3 Tankers according to safe manning, tanker matrix, oil major requirements and budget planning. - Assisting HSE & ISM department. - Responsible for recruiting, training and education of german nautical and technical cadets. - Communication with Crew, Captains and Admnistrations in case of emergency. - Wage accounting for german, EU and non-EU seaman.

- Responsible for all crew matters for assigned group of vessels. - Crewplanning for 30 to 35 vessel according to safe manning and budget planning. - Cost efficent planning of crewchanges. - Supervision of crew performance in coordination with captains, inspection and chartering department. - In charge of promoting or dismissing of sea personnel. - Handling of medical and P&I cases. - Review and approval of crew expenses, crew change and agency costs.

Second Officer on Jack-up Vessels / Offshore construction vessels. - Responsible for shiphandling, human resource management and project coordination on board. - Operation and maintenance of all shipboard, navigational and safety equipment including dynamic positioning. - Supervising of jacking and cargo operations. - Helicopter landing operations. - Responsible for all safety & security sytems on board. - Revision of quality & safety management system. - Substituted as Chief Officer.

Nautical Watchofficer on Large Containervessels - Shiphandling and human resource management. - Responsible for navigation, safety and security on board. - Supervising cargo operations. - Operation and maintenance of all navigational and safety equipment.
