Researched origami-inspired folding techniques (Shikigami) for a compact, foldable tent concept, including fold-pattern and material durability analysis. Conducted dimensional/material analysis for a bicycle rack (steel vs. aluminium, load capacity, corrosion resistance), including FEA to validate load-bearing performance. Built CAD models/prototypes in Autodesk Inventor, advancing the design toward real-world testing. Developed engineering reports and technical documentation for full project traceability.

Programmed and commissioned PLC-based recipe control (Rockwell Studio 5000) for weighing/filling machines, supporting recipes with configurable weights and tolerances. Implemented closed-loop coarse-to-fine feed control via load cells to boost fill accuracy. Designed FactoryTalk HMI screens for recipe selection, trend monitoring, batch reporting, and alarm diagnostics. Built interlocking/sequencing logic across conveyor, filler, feeder stations; integrated VFDs/sensors, led I/O testing and commissioning.

Programmed and commissioned PLC-based boiler plant control (temp/pressure loops, burner modulation, safety interlocks) and multi-station conveyor automation with sensor-based fault handling. Configured PLC-to-PLC/HMI communication and SCADA/HMI visualization (WinCC, FactoryTalk) with alarms and trend logging for process monitoring. Worked across Siemens (STEP7/TIA Portal, S7-1200/1500), Rockwell, Mitsubishi, and Delta platforms, relay logic, electro-pneumatics, and VSD motor control.
