I research policies on the books in the state of Rhode Island and apply data analytics using Python to assess the impacts of existing and planned legislation.

I work as a DevOps engineer who builds the central Dev Ops infrastructure for Raytheon Missiles and Defense. I also implement DevSecOps on legacy programs to help bring them into alignment with modern coding and security practices.

• Developed learning algorithms for game theoretic models of cyber attackers • Implemented swarm intelligence for a combined fleet of UAVs and UUVs • Used SLAM and Bayesian filters to develop autonomous navigation for robots • Wrote research proposals to DoD Sponsors, emphasizing Air Force Space Command • Researched anomaly detection methods for a constellation of over 170 satellites • Worked on autonomous, GPS-denied navigation systems for several applications
