• Vendor onboarding: o Documentation: W9 forms, DNBi Reports, and management approvals. o Company background. • In-depth contract review. • Contract and pricing negotiation. • Analysis of purchasing contracts to determine to determine the most cost effective approach in future purchasing. • Liaison between individuals/departments and vendors. • Assigning specific GL codes to vendor purchases based on department(s). • Assist in Accounts Payable audit – review and compile all valid documentation.

• Preparing daily cash positions for multiple insurance companies and HMO subsidiaries. • Complete wire and ACH transfers. • Daily cash accounting – cash flow reporting and account reconciliation. • Maintain databases – Treasura and PAC. • Support daily cash management activities. • Treasury operations.

• Client onboarding – new bank accounts with national and international banks. • Collect/produce all required documentation to open, amend, and close bank accounts. • SWIFT and FedWire accounts. • Security audit for GE online banking system. • FBAR audit – validation on signatories on all foreign accounts.

• Research trade information for internal and external SEC audits (accounting department). • Reconcile daily FX (currency) trades. • Break-down daily trade bundles for currencies – total dollars invested were allocated to the appropriate currencies.
