- Assist account managers and clients with “go live” - Resolve technical problems or business workflow issues - Identify issues with underlying hardware infrastructure - Detect software bugs and work with internal teams to manage through to resolution - Perform regression testing of full range of products and features on our platform - Effectively manage the escalation process for any incidents - Investigate and manage trading problems

Analyse clients’ technical and functional queries and provide resolution • Trace program errors and provide hotfix if necessary or escalate to development team • Serve as mentor to junior consultants
