- Troubleshooting the entire wiring harness of the electrical system and repairing the components. - Assisted the team in the complete overhaul of a 300cc low compression parallel twin engine. - Tested the cooling system, electronics and engine vibration under extreme conditions to ensure safety standards.

- Designed and simulated custom motorbike parts in CATIA & Ansys, including aluminum handlebar risers and footpegs, to enhance ergonomics. - Installed and tuned racing ECUs on sports bikes like ZX10R and R1, optimizing air/fuel ratio and ignition timing. - Upgraded production bikes for racing with high-performance injectors, air filters, race fairings, and slick tires.

- Worked with the R&D audit team to identify and resolve a critical design issue on the throttle body of the Versys 1000, avoiding a major recall. - Inspected the supercharger turbine on the H2 SXSE for early signs of failure, contributing to the preventative maintenance strategy. - Performed detailed safety inspections and resolved electrical and mechanical issues.
