Support and production of documentation it is proactive character (preliminary presentations, meeting, technical transfer...) that reactive (support to the customer in the phase of structural design, analyses of the requirements, installation and commissioning plan...).

Infrastruttura e Reti, Coordinate of NPI engineers group for VoIP products in order to provide design support to design teams, assist in conducting continued compliance testing, review and approve Engineering Change Notices (ECs), possible representation on internal or external Standards Developing Committees that affect the design and application of VoIP products, provide guidance to personnel in other company positions on matters.

Dipartimento: Tecnologia. Infrastruttura e Reti, Interface with Global Product Support group to investigate and resolve software issues. Work with VO groups, NPI Service Readiness or integration team to coordinate and perform verification, modification and NDI (Not Design Intend) development regarding specific software release.
