Lead and support development projects in the cementitious grouts and mortars technologies. Developed lab formulations, and run mortar trials on pilot scale. Followed industry standards for testing mortars and grouts (ASTM). Collaborated with multi-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations, QC, product management) and guided decisions based on technical conclusions. Collaborated with R&D Global team for a new product development. Qualified new raw materials in current products. LSSGB certified.

Collaborated on a multidisciplinary project by synthesizing compounds used for structure–performance relationship in OLED. Completed independently a number of multistep synthesis projects from start to finish and delivered the final targets in above 99.8 % purity. Collaborated internally and with the client to deliver the highest quality product in the shortest amount of time. Documented, interpreted and presented results in weekly meetings and written reports.
