• Onsite deputation to Lam Research India through Altran (Cagpgemini), worked under the direct Supervision of Lam Manager from Lam Research India office. Provide solutions for the Clean Systems Department • Co-ordinate with chemical engineers onsite in developing Mechanical solutions for cleaning various equipment's and its sub components mainly ESC, Windows, Pinnacle etc. • Developing Measuring systems for verifying the particle generation after cleaning.

• Machine Design Support for Semi-Conductor OEM Clients Like KLA Tencor & Vdl Enabling Technologies. • Experience in Tab & Slot Design & Minimal Technical Product Drawing Techniques. • Direct Interaction with Netherlands, USA and Singapore based Customers. • Lead Design Projects and deliver the concept & assist in Prototyping the concepts.

• Machine Design with Mechanical, Electrical & Pneumatic components and the mechanical systems that the SPM demands. • Knowledge in Materials, Manufacturing and experience that would provide insight into successful manufacturing of parts. • Skills in R&D experience and possess a pragmatic approach to trouble shooting and problem identification and rectification.
