    Leading the R&D, developing a long-duration electrochemical energy storage system based on an iron redox flow battery. Supporting engineering efforts of scaling up and escorting the full scale-up process from lab to full commercial-scale facility. Coordinated and communicated with project, product, commercial, and procurement teams. In under 6 months, we doubled the power, increased capacity by 25%, reduced material costs by 30%, and created a configuration that allows the design capacity to be modulated.
