In charge of the R&D laboratory at TVP Solar SA. Design the technology and innovation roadmap and drive continuous improvement with strong knowledge in material science and vacuum technology.

Design, development and assessment of materials and coatings operating in extreme environments (temperature, vacuum, and radiation). Plan laboratory experiments to confirm feasibility of processes and techniques used in the thermal panel production. Prepare reports, manuscripts, proposals, and technical manuals for use by other scientists and requestors, such as sponsors and customers.

• Tracked key performance metrics that drive overall strategy • Communicated numerical data to a large audience (e.g. Corporate members) and facilitate its reading and interpretation.

• Designed and developed alternative low-cost materials for energy production (fuel cells). • Maintained the safety certifications and enforced standard operating procedures (SOPs). • In charge of Pulsed Laser Deposition (PLD) facility at the Chueh Group laboratory. • Supervised and mentored PhD students.

• Investigated physical and chemical properties of nano-structured magnetic material for spintronics application. • Designed and assembled a spectrometer for surface analysis based on the Mössbauer effect. • Conducted complex experiments involving radioactive sources.
