- performed VMready manual testing on all the switches of Blade Network Technologies (both Embedded and Top-of-Rack), in different interfaces and CLIs - worked with the vSphere suite, IBM blade servers, traffic generators - brought a different perspective on testing to the team - improved troubleshooting skills through attention to detail.

- developed automated tests in the Fanfare iTest application using the TCL scripting language in Blade and Industry Standard Command Line Interfaces (BCLI and ISCLI), in order to assess the quality of the switches (Blade Network Technologies) - tested different protocols (mostly Layer 3 – RIP, OSPF, BGP) - ran test suites on several platforms (mostly Embedded) - created topologies for the automation testbeds

- the first and only accepted Intern in this department (worked as an Intern until May 2008, then switched to full-time employment); - IT audit projects in some of the most important companies in the country (CEC, Mercedes Benz, Unicredit Tiriac, IKEA, RIB, Millenium Bank, Nobel, Anchor Plaza) - acquired the Informatics Audit Methodology - specialised in testing and documenting IT controls and business risk assessment

- offered technical support for the Academy network, PC winding, scanning for network vulnerabilities, memory testing, created and installed ghost images, troubleshooting - answered telephone calls, tried to solve the end-users’ issues by suggesting solutions to their problems - performed technical assessments on the spot - experience in dealing with all sorts of users (some with no IT background, to whom it was difficult to explain what to do) and a lot of tasks at the same time.
