• Successfully reduced the shampoo and conditioner bottles format change-over time on two multi-format packing lines by 35% and produced complete maps of every change-over of each packing line in the plant. • Applied a standard approach used in the plant similar to the SMED method and to the Lean Manufacturing. This work led to the setting up of a proper documentation, a new organisation and the proposal and follow-up of an action plan in order to facilitate the process.

• Reviewed and finalised the European Community medical files of 8 medical devices with regards to the international standards (ISO 9001, ISO13485, CE, π). • Updated / implemented Risk Registers and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEAs) of all devices. • Successfully carried out the 30 tests required by the medical standards.
